The Cargoagent collects data for all visitors

ȘTIRI TOPUL CELOR MAI PERICULOASE TARI PENTRU SOFERI

Ganditi-va de doua ori daca vreti sa calatoriti in Rusia, Slovacia sau Polonia. Acestea sunt tarile cu cele mai multe accidente rutiere, potrivit unui studiu efectuat in randul celor 30 de state membre ale Organizatiei pentru Cooperare Economica si Dezvoltare (OECD).Clasamentul este intocmit pe baza datelor oficiale raportate de fiecare stat membru in parte, fiind un raport mixt intre numarul de decese rutiere la un milion de locuitori combinat cu numarul de decese la un milion de soferi.Cel mai rau la acest capitol stau tarile aflate pana la inceputul anilor '90 sub influenta Uniunii Sovietice, urmare a infrastructurii precare, a regulilor laxe si a lipsei de autoritate a politiei. In Rusia sunt 939 decese la un milion de masini.Topul, realizat de revista Forbes pornind de la studiul OECD are si cateva surprize. Astfel, in primele 10 clasate apar SUA, pe locul 8, cu 163 decese si Belgia, pe locul 10, cu 168 decese la un milion de masini. Rata mare a mortalitatii din SUA poate fi explicata partial prin varsta inferioara de la care americanii pot conduce un automobil, 16 ani.Un caz interesant este cel al Frantei care a redus rata deceselor pe sosele in ultimii ani cu aproape 40%, gratie inaspririi pedepselor aplicate celor care nu respecta regulile de circulatie. Astfel, celor care conduc in stare de ebritetate li se confisca pentru o perioada de timp masina. Daca sunt prinsi a doua oara li se monteaza in masina un detector de alcool care poate bloca pornirea motorului.Totusi, trebuie precizat ca un numar considerabil de decese este de asteptat in tari precum China, India, Africa de Sud sau chiar Romania, insa acestea nu au fost incluse in clasament deoarece nu sunt membre OCED iar autoritatile nu au de fiecare data statistici de incredere.Un raport al Eurostat, Oficiul European de Statistica, arata in 2007 ca Romania era una dintre tarile europene cu cea mai mare rata a mortalitatii ca urmare a accidentelor auto, clasandu-se pe locul doi, dupa Letonia cu o medie de 749 de morti la un milion de masini. Astazi lucrurile pot fi mult mai tragice din cauza cresterii substantiale a parcului auto.Alte tari cu rata mare a mortalitatii sunt Cehia (9), Grecia (7), Coreea (6), Ungaria (5), Turcia (4).
